Thermowells are precision-engineered tubular fittings designed to shield temperature sensors—such as thermocouples and RTDs—from direct exposure to process fluids, pressure, and flow-induced forces. Installed in pipelines or vessels, thermowells enable accurate and reliable temperature measurement while extending sensor life and allowing for safe sensor replacement without process interruption.
