Carrosion Monitoring

Protecting Asset
Integrity from Within

WorldLink Business SPC offers a comprehensive range of intrusive corrosion monitoring systems, designed to deliver accurate, real-time insight into corrosion activity within pipelines and process systems. Our assemblies are built for high-pressure applications and are suitable for upstream, midstream, and downstream installations.

Chemical Injection &
Sampling Assemblies

Purpose:

Chemical injection assemblies are used to deliver corrosion inhibitors, biocides, antifoaming agents, and other treatment chemicals directly into the process line—ensuring even distribution and optimal performance. Sampling systems allow for safe and reliable extraction of fluid samples for lab analysis, helping operators assess system health.

Available Designs

• High-pressure flanged & flare weld configurations
• Fixed flange designs
• Retractable designs for ease of access and maintenance

Quill End Variants

  • Open Quill (with or without chamfer)
  • Nozzle Type
  • Atomizer (Cap and Core Type)

Available in all standard and specialised grades including:

    • Carbon Steel (CS)
    • Stainless Steel (SS)
    • Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS / SDSS)
    • Inconel 625 / Incoloy 825

Material Options

Available in all standard and specialised grades including:

    • Carbon Steel (CS)
    • Stainless Steel (SS)
    • Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS / SDSS)
    • Inconel 625 / Incoloy 825

Corrosion Probe
Assemblies

Purpose:

Corrosion probe assemblies are used to measure corrosion rates in real-time, without interrupting the process. These probes provide valuable data on internal degradation, allowing proactive maintenance and integrity management.

Available Models

• High-pressure flanged & flare weld types
• Retractable designs for inline servicing

Probe Types

• Electrical Resistance (ER) Probes
• Linear Polarization Resistance (LPR) Probes – for conductive mediums
• Sand Probes – for erosion monitoring

Materials

Custom material grades available for both probe body and sensing element to suit specific environments.

Data Acquisition:

    • Handheld Data Loggers
    • Remote Data Loggers
    • High-Resolution Transmitters

Probe End Options

  • Wire Loop
  • Flush Tip
  • Cylindrical
  • Tube Loop

Corrosion Coupon
Assemblies

Purpose:

Corrosion coupons provide a proven method for monitoring corrosion over time through weight-loss analysis. Installed directly into the process line, these coupons are periodically retrieved and evaluated to determine the corrosion rate and behavior of materials in contact with process fluids.

Available Models

• High-pressure flanged & flare weld configurations
• Retractable systems for safe, live retrieval using retrieval tools and service valves

Materials

Customizable material grades are available to match system metallurgy and service conditions.

Coupon Styles

  • Flat Strip
  • Flush Disc
  • Cylindrical
  • Welded
  • Ladder-Type
