Pipeline Pigs

Optimized Cleaning,
Dewatering & Inspection
Solutions

WorldLink Business SPC offers a full range of pipeline pigs designed to support maintenance, cleaning, gauging, batching, and dewatering operations across oil, gas, and industrial pipeline networks. Our pigs are engineered for performance, flexibility, and safe operation in complex pipeline systems.

Bi-Directional Pigs (Bi-Di

Applications:

Ideal for flooding, cleaning, gauging, dewatering, and routine pipeline maintenance. These pigs can travel in both directions, making them highly versatile.

Key Features

Constructed with carbon steel or stainless steel cores

Fitted with high-grade polyurethane elastomer discs: 4 sealing discs and 2 guiding discs (minimum)

Polyurethane bumper noses with integrated bypass slots

Designed to pass up to 10% bore restrictions (more with custom disc configurations)

Navigates bends with a 3D minimum bend radius (1.5D available on request)

Articulated Pigs

Applications:

Used in pipelines with wye connections, tight bends, or oversized features such as ball valves and hubs. Highly effective in long-distance dewatering, flooding, and dual-diameter pipelines.

Key Features
  • Carbon steel or stainless steel structural components
  • Articulated joints using high-tensile wire or universal-type designs
  • Polyurethane elastomer discs (4 sealing + 2 guiding minimum)
  • Optional disc, cup, or wheeled support configurations
  • Polyurethane bumper noses with bypass slots
  • Compatible with 3D bend radius (1.5D on request
Articulated Pigs

Applications:

Cup pigs are ideal for pipeline cleaning and long-run operations. The standard cup offers robust cleaning with a rigid shoulder, while the conical cup is better suited for extended wear and longer distances.

Key Features
  • Carbon steel or stainless steel frame with high-tensile bolts and locking nuts
  • Equipped with 2 to 4 polyurethane cups; optional guide discs available
  • Bumper noses with bypass slots for controlled fluid flow
  • Handles up to 20% bore restrictions
  • Operates with 3D minimum bend radius (1.5D special options
Foam Pigs (Light, Medium &
High Density)

Applications:

Cost-effective and disposable, foam pigs are used for cleaning, drying, gauging, batching, and contingency operations. They also help prove pipeline piggability before introducing rigid-bodied pigs.

Key Features
  • Made from open-cell polyurethane foam in various densities
  • Available in sizes from ½” to 90″, fully customizable
  • Used for temporary or single-use operations
  • Flexible and lightweight—ideal for complex pipeline geometries
  • Magnetic Pipeline Pigs
Reliable Pigging Solutions, Built for Your Pipeline

All WorldLink Business SPC pigs are customizable to suit specific pipeline conditions and project goals—ensuring high performance, reduced downtime, and improved system integrity.

Applications:

Used to activate magnetic pig signallers, operate valves, and collect ferrous debris during pigging operations.

Key Features
  • Equipped with integrated magnets for triggering non-intrusive pig detection devices
  • Magnet placement options include bonded polyurethane spacers (for smaller pigs) or cassette-mounted magnetic bracelets (for larger diameters)
  • Adds functionality for data collection, debris removal, and signal tracking
